If you’re like most people, you’ve been spinning your wheels in the gym, working out week after week without seeing any real progress, Or if you are someone who just want to be in better shape but didn't knew where exactly to start, Worry not cause FitGully Online Trainer will help you solve all your problem.

Our Online Personal Trainer will develop a fully customized workout and nutrition plan – based on your goals and preferences – that will show you exactly what to do to get results quickly. This means no more guesswork about which exercises to do or what kind of diet you should follow. Just stick to your plan and get results.

How It Works

1. Once you make a purchase our trainer will contact you in order to learn about your health and activity background so that our personal trainer can provide an individual plan.
2. Connect with your trainer on whatever online platform you prefer (eg- whatsapp, zoom, skype etc) for you 1-on-1 sessions.
3. Our trainer will adapt your workouts as you train and as your schedule changes, while keeping you accountable and engaged along the way.
   
   

T&C

1. Online Personal Training session will happen over Online Call.
2. After our trainer gets in touch with you for the first time you can connect with them as per your convenience over a call or through messaging apps.
3. A typical session duration will be between 45 to 60 min.
4. You can reschedule your session by letting your trainer know in advance and if they have a available slot for that day.
5. In case of unavailability you can let your trainer know about it in advance, and you can pause your session for maximum of 5 days.
6. There would be no cancellation once the first session has started.
7. If you are not satisfied with your with our online PT or had some bad experience, Please let know on helpfitgully@gmail.com our team will look into it and will make sure that does not happen again.
8. In-case the assigned trainer is not available we will assign a new trainer to you.
